Appointment Cancellation Policy

To help us provide timely access to care for all patients, we kindly request that you give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Less than 2 hours notice or failing to attend will incur a charge of €50.

Cancellation Charges

• 48 hours or more notice: No charge.

• Less than 48 hours' notice: We will make every effort to reallocate the appointment. Repeated late cancellations may result in pre-payment being required at the time of booking.

• Less than 2 hours' notice or failure to attend (Did Not Attend): A €50 cancellation fee will be charged.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies can occur. If exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending your appointment, please contact the practice as soon as possible so that we can discuss your situation.

Thank you for your cooperation. Providing adequate notice allows us to offer appointments to other patients who may require medical care.
