EU DIGITAL COVID CERTIFICATE

We do not produce Covid Certificates.  They will be issued by the HSE to patients that have been vaccinated here. If you supplied a valid email when you were vaccinated it will be emailed to you otherwise it will be posted. If you have any queries please look at Gov.ie EU DIGITAL COVID CERTIFICATE or call the Covid-19 Cert Helpline 1800 807 008 as only they can help with your covid-19 certificate queries.

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to change, process or provide a covid-19 certificate.

 The COVID Certificate is a record of your vaccine.  People who were vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 in another country will need to access their COVID Certificate from that country.

The document is not a precondition for travel but it does make travelling within the EU easier. However, you will still need to adhere to the restrictions in place in the country you are travelling to. You can find details on these restrictions on the Re-open EU website or download the covid-19 app on your mobile.
